Stripe Delights: Improv Patchwork with Patti
STRIPE DELIGHTS
Join improv quilt instructor, Patti Vallis, for an exciting class utilizing the techniques from Maria Shell's book, Improv Patchwork*.
You will work on a wall hanging in class to finish approximately 24" x 36". Strips are cut in varying widths (with no rulers) and sewn together to make fun stripe blocks. Using the techniques Patti will teach you, these blocks will be used to create your modern improv wall hanging. While solid fabrics are widely used in modern quilting, feel free to experiment with blenders, stripes, and even prints!
