Introduction to Thread Painting: Nautilus Bag Class
Each participant will learn how to thread sketch a nautilus shell. The design will be applied to the pocket of a tote bag, to be constructed during class. Tote bags will be padded and lined, creating a fun and functional project to share with friends and family.
Skill Level: Confident Beginner with free-motion stitching experience.
Skillset Required: Participants must be familiar with their sewing machine, using straight and zig-zag stitches. Some experience with free-motion stitching is needed.

Her creativity extended beyond sewing skills and into an award-winning career as a mathematics teacher. Although her classroom teaching was not about thread and fabric, her mom?s creative influence helped her connect with students in a variety of ways. |
