Picasso Pants Class

Picasso Pants

Make these coordinating lantern pants with front, side, and back panels finished with tapered bottom wedges.  They have a flat-front waistband with elastic sides and back.  Linda will guide you through the entire process and you’ll leave with a casual pair of pants perfect for your Florida lifestyle.

Suitable for light to mid-weight cotton, linen, rayon, polyester, silk, and knits.  Using very soft wovens, silks, or knits may result in slightly reduced definition of the lantern bottom design feature.

Optional activity:  A proponent of muslins to perfect fit, Linda suggests bringing enough muslin to sew a quick mockup to confirm overall length, waist, hip, and crotch fit.  She will teach you how to alter, if necessary, before you cut into your fashion fabric.
