Class Policies

  1. Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the class is cancelled. If you cannot attend a class, a store credit will be issued toward another class with a 5-day prior notice. If you cancel after this time, there will be no refund or credit.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel a class if there is not a minimum of 3 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, a refund will be issued.
  3. Special Events - such as retreats, workshops and national educators are non-refundable.
  4. Class supplies and kits for classes are not included in the class fee. The supply list for each class can be downloaded from the class registration page on our website. All students will receive a 10% discount on class supplies.
  5. Patterns, books and handouts cannot be shared or photocopied as stated in copyright laws. 
  6. In order to begin the class on time, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes in advance to get yourself set up. There is nothing worse than the distraction of lugging in a machine while class is in session. Please respect the instructor and your peers and arrive prepared and on time. 
  7. Makeup sessions are not offered for missed classes.
  8. Food and drink are permitted in the classroom. Drinks must have a screw on cap.
  9. Refrain from scented lotions and fragrances of any kind.
  10. Cell phones must be placed on vibrate or silent during class - if you need to make or receive a call during class please step outside, this avoids interruption to the class.
